We felt home directly, everyone was so lovely with us!! We stayed in one of the little houses, the AC works well so as the shower and the WiFi. The breakfast is changing every day with some local specialities to try, and taken in the beautiful garden close to the mansion. They packed some breakfast for us when we started a visit at 5am. We received the best advice on how to visit the island, including what to do to climb the volcano Hibok Hibok (you need a guide and a permit). Everything felt like a little tropical paradise, and really authentic compared to other places we have been in the Philippines. We also found an amazing and affordable restaurant 2 minutes away, we went back 3 times (Tambayan Sa Kanto Tuna Restaurant) Thank you for having us, we will come back for sure!

We loved the warm and welcoming attitude of the lovely owners and staff to us and the children. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, nicely decorated. The view is gorgeous, lots of beautiful vegetation around, and a stunning sea. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is pleasant and happy. The owners help with everything and it is very important to them that we feel pleasant and comfortable. We had a really wonderful vacation in Camiguin mainly thanks to this perfect resort.

An unforgettable honeymoon experience! We had an incredible stay at Balihao Resort and Restaurant during our honeymoon. The facilities are outstanding — the design, decoration, and natural surroundings are truly one of a kind and create a magical atmosphere. We were also lucky enough to meet the owners and learn more about this beautiful and unique project — it made the experience even more meaningful. And last but not least, the food was top quality. More than a simple homestay: Ray and Samantha (and of course the fantastic cook Ata Mercy!) made us feel part of their family. The house is very clean, close to the port, in a beautiful green area. The bedroom was huge and the bed so comfy!! But more than everything else I appreciated this sense of home. They invited us to eat together every day and it was the best filipino food ever!! Chatting, sharing ideas and life stories, karaoke nights...it was such a pleasant stay!
