The room was cosy, the toilet was clean, big and private without being cagy. The staff said yes to every desire of ours, can't thank them enough. The situation is magical, could not have been better! The cosy wooden, very quiet and bright cottage provides you with the best views over Kivu lake. Outdoor shower is great. Owner Philippe is a truly kind and warm person. Whole staff is smiling and does its best to satisfy you in a simple but very professionnal way like the manager Éric. Food options are simply delicicious and healthy. Activities offered are various (island hopping, community sharing...) and very reasonably priced. Wish Philippe and his team a deserved success story!
