Perfect place, very near to the Airport, quiet with very very friendly people who works here. Breakfast was excellent with many different meals/food as an option that you can choose. I used spa ( sauna ) so it was very very warm - exactly as I preferred :) Room was clean every day when I would turn back from my meetings, bottles with water was waiting here. See you next time :)

Very clean and spacious apartment with lots of hospitality details. Parking right in front of the door was very convenient. The place is probably in the best location if you are visiting Riyadh Exhibition Center, which takes around 35 minutes by car. This would take more than an hour if we had stayed in the downtown. There are convenience stores nearby. Highly recommended place and owner.
