We absolutely loved the staff Betty and Marlene. Both were so lovely, warm hearted kind and patient, always with a smile on their beautiful faces even through having to deal with two travellers who spoke no Portuguese. Thet went above and beyond making our stay comfortable, making us feel part of their family. What a special place for the person who wants to explore the natural world of Principe. Be prepared facilities are basic in the area with a local shop that provides only the very basic food stuffs and takes local cash. There is an amazing secluded beach at the bottom of a ,steep at times, jungle track that is accessible by foot only, its about 2km walking down and up around 223m of elevation. There is plenty to see on the route, including lots of parrots roosting at dusk.

Our favourite hotel in São Tomé and Príncipe! Very comfortable, clean room with AC, great setting in the middle of beautiful Santo Antonio, lovely staff and delicious breakfast in the cafe downstairs. We would stay here again if we ever come back to Príncipe!

I can only say good things about this place. First of all the family is really nice and via whatsapp always reachable. Secondly they organise whatever you need (ride, car, boatrip etc). I didnt to a boatrip so cannot tell much, but organised a car within a few minutes. Of course it is basic but still clean, hot water and the best Wifi I had so far. It is in the middle of nowhere, you either need transport or quite a bit of walking towards Santo Antonio or the beaches. I did it, Beaches are about 2-3h round trip. Santo Antonio about 2h round trip but quite steep. Dinner I eat twice and both times plenty and good and it is afordable. The son even speaks perfect english, which is super rare in STP. The cherry on top airport transfer is free

We had a lovely stay at Valdivia Homes, the cabin is cozy and clean, the terrace has great views to the jungle and the sea. The WiFi is really good, as well as the hot water in the shower! Joaquim and Rita were very helpful during our stay, they helped us with the airport pick up and with the moto rental.

Beautiful cabin surrounded by nature, great ocean view and a 3 minute walk from the beach. Perfect place to enjoy Principe. Also within a walking distance from the center. The host is super friendly and the house is very clean, well equiped with an airco, fridge and microwafe and brand new. In the morning you hear all kinds of birds and the place is very peaceful. We had a lovely stay at Kingfisher and would defenitely go back there.

Everything, the place and the hostess was amazing, always available, gave us a lot of tips to go in príncipe and was very helpful with everything that we needed. Her staff also amazing with the help, they were always ready to help and very sweet. Fabulous place, right in the tropical forest. The house is spacious with cosy beds, large living room, and a superb terrace. We could watch birds all morning during breakfast. We also asked for dinner, and had the best dinners in our whole holiday here! Lucindo and Maria are very nice people, Maria makes exceptionally delicios dinners and breakfasts. This was our top best accomodation in the country. Make sure to have a good 4x4 to get around, possibly a Jimny, sormal suv-s will not cope with the roads if you want to visit the mountains. This house is in the best position to have tours in the nature.
