Staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Chef Emrah was especially helpful and spoke good English which made everything from ski hire to special requests much smoother. Staff went above and beyond to help, offering rides to/from the hotel to the ski lifts (which is usually just a 2 minute walk), took on suggestions for breakfast/dinner options, and accommodated late checkout. Staying at Balsoy was like staying at a second home, highly recommend.

The staff is simply amazing. I arrived very early in the morning, I was so tired after spending the night in Istanbul Airport and they offered me tea and breakfast and gave me immediately the keys of the room to allow me to rest.
