The location was perfect and close (short walking distance) to the main attractions. The hotel is new so the room was in a great condition, the room was spacious, lovely decor and an excellent bathroom. The staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful. They accommodated our late check out which removed so much hassle for us. The breakfast buffet had excellent selection (absolute highlights were the simit, croissants, cheeses and the turkish sausages) all fresh and delicious. I'd happily stay there again.

We recently stayed at Downtown Sirkeci Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spotless, with comfortable beds that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options every day, ensuring there was something for everyone. The hotel also impressed with its spacious and fast elevator, which made getting around the building easy and efficient. Additionally, the location is fantastic — conveniently close to all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Mr. Fouad, who went above and beyond to help us recover a suitcase we had forgotten at the airport. He was always available and answered our questions with a friendly smile. I’d also like to express my gratitude to Mr. Ahmet for his helpful tips.

Very nice rooms. Very clean, air conditioning works great, bed is comfortable, the water in the shower has great pressure and it comes out very hot. Can't complain about any of that. At the price point and for the neighborhood, it's a great deal

Upon arriving at the Bender Hotel, we were welcomed by Ahmet who brought in our very heavy luggage. He also allowed us an early check in. The bathroom and bedroom was clean and the tea and coffee bar was topped up daily. The room was cleaned and made up daily. The breakfast was standard but we were still able to have a filling breakfast daily. The staff at the Bender Hotel were amazing and assisted us with whatever questions we had, the reception staff were always pleasant and went the extra mile. The cleaning staff were kind and even left extra toiletries when we had run out. On the 1st of January we were surprised with a little gift which just added that extra touch. The hotel is situated very conveniently just a 5 minute walk away from from Hagia Sophia, the blue mosque and Topkapi museum. The restaurants on the road are amazing and a must try. A big thank you to the staff of the Bender Hotel for making our stay in Istanbul comfortable.

It is one of the finest and best hotel in the heart of Istanbul with lovely service. The staff all are very friendly and helpful. I want to mention all staff name but not remember , Mr Aydin he is very kind and help us with lots and evening receptionist also was very helpful, the kitchen staff and chef tq soo much to make my turkey visit like home.. they arranged the food for my kids it's no word how to explain my lovely expression. The room is very beautiful and the view of the outside is very nice, rest room i love it.. corridor smell wow its make me feel so calm.. all over stay was great and we recommend for family and couple. 5Star 10/10

I wasn’t expecting such a great experience during my stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a real retreat. To top it off, we got an amazing discount, though I’m not quite sure how! It was an excellent surprise, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.
