I have never heard if Fred and Winnie's before, even though I have passed by not far from there for many, many years. I was very pleasantly surprised by the "bang for your buck" in the sense of the contained fresh room I had. With a fridge, TV, and very nice showering facilities, good view and all, i coukd not have asked for more. An extensive breakfast and easy order-in options from any restaurants in Kampala, it was excellent. On top if it all though, was the warm hospitality offered by the hosts. I would highly recommend this place.

Peaceful and Lovely place, service and stuff are top notch. I loved the bedroom and balcony set up. The apartment was impeccably clean, with calm ambiance .
