Perfect location close to all the sights, shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Amazing tasting breakfast with great options like waffles, omelets and fresh fruit. Clean rooms and the breakfast area was kept very clean too.

Hotel was very clean, employees were always happy and we were always greated with smiles. We went during October so the hotel went all out with decorations and I love Halloween! My husband said the breakfast was good and plentiful.

    Came to this location for an anniversary trip based on its ease of access and price point since our regular place is closed during off season. We were pleasantly surprised! Excellent location for what we wanted - Gloucester, Magnolia, and Rockport. clean facilities and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again

    The staff went above and beyond to answer our questions and meet our needs! The inn was very clean and the property was lovely and well maintained. The coffee/ tea station was very much appreciated!
