Marcus' place offers outstanding value for the price. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bedroom is equipped with a huge TV screen for ultimate relaxation. Marcus is a warm and attentive host—he even allowed us a late check-out since our flight was in the evening. Highly recommend this place—10/10!

I loved everything. Michael gves a new definition to the word super-host. We felt so welcome and spoiled, he catered to all of our requests and needs. Apartment is huge, don't think another rental in New York city could compare to the size. The place is extremely clean, tastefully decorated and it has a ton of thoughtful touches to make your stay pleasant (things that you might have not have known you needed, such as an international outlet adaptor). Have already discussed coming back soon to the best rental in NYC.

The staff is super friendly, the room was very clean and the breakfast was tasty! The area is safe, actually there is a NYPD precinct right next door. The subway is just a few minutes away(walking distance), the price is good!
