Host was extremely helpful, they helped us arrange transport for our day trip to Shahrisabz. Rooms are very clean. WiFi was working well most of the time, but sometimes there were minor issues which were resolved by the host. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, as it didn't match the one shown on the photos.
