I love that the staff at ja cosmo hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our family they were so helpful friendly and inviting. They arranged anything we asked and were so happy to do so. From the door man to the reception to the cleaning to the kitchen staff thank you all so much for the most welcoming stay we have had on our Vietnam holiday. Every single person we met was so kind, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. They didn’t just do the basics, they went out of their way to make everything easier and better for us. The heated pool was fantastic—clean, spacious, and a great spot to unwind.
