The team takes a lot of time, effort and care for their quests, making themselves at your disposal all time during the day. We stayed in a family room that had plenty of facilites to put your luggage on, a desk, chair, table, etc. like in a real hotel. Everything was perfectly clean. The privacy is respected even though it is a hostel. The option for free activites that this hostel offers is so cool!
