New and stylish hotel in a safe area. The staff were very helpful and amiable. The room was spacious and well-equipped. I didn't manage to book a room with 2 separate beds but the hotel prepare an additional bed for me before our arrival! The room was neatly cleaned every day but sometimes the cleaning lady forgot to leave coffee capsules or towels (not a big deal though). Also, there is a laundry service, which made our long stay in summer even more comfortable. The staff, food, and interior of the restaurant for breakfast, the cafe, and the restaurant on the roof were perfect. I would definitely come again!

My stay at Urban Elephant was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable, and the views from the apartment were simply breathtaking, with a 360-degree panorama of Cape Town, the sea, and Table Mountain. The apartment was well-equipped with everything you could need, and the building's security made me feel very safe. The staff were all fantastic and accommodating. I had such a wonderful experience that I am already planning to return with my family and book one of the penthouses. Highly recommended!My stay at Urban Elephant was absolutely perfect. The Winchester is a beautiful hotel & exceptionally located on the Promenade in Cape Town. We found staff to be extremely professional and helpful. We dined twice at the Shoreditch restaurant and both meals were delicious.

The location & Great Staff! Especially the Sommelier Lungi. She has a great knowledge of all the wines in South-Africa. Zolani the waiter, such a wonderful supportive person. And the Exec Chef Bradley, we have had dinner 3x times and they where above expectations!!

We arrived at night thanks to an unreliable airline which changed its schedule 2 times. That is always an unsettling experience when you are not familiar with a location. So we sent a localisation to the host so that they could track us. How pleasant it was to spot someone (Sam) at the last corner waiting for some hesitant guests. We were blown away by the house, we were expecting an ordinary set up... The room was extremely comfortable, the house had been renovated and decorated with great taste. We were in a small hotel, with even probably better facilities.
