Set right in the heart of Escaldes, this modern hotel is located just 150 metres from Andorra's pedestrian shopping area, the town’s famous Caldea spa and from the new spa centre Inúu. Everything is great in this hotel. Easy access, you can stop in front of the hotel with car for check in. Room very clean and well designed. Very confortable. Good amenities and slippers in room. Definitely the best hotel in town with the best value for money. Staff is very nice, smiling and helpful. Thanks. Keep your place like this, and Keep your competitive price please ! Acta Arthotel in Andorra la Vella features a local gastronomy restaurant, "Plato restaurant", a spa with a sauna and Turkish baths. All rooms have free Wi-Fi internet access. Stayed here back in Aug 2018 and decided to book again for two nights in June 2025. Had a pleasant experience for both stays. For the latest one, I booked a Double Room, which could in fact accommodate my family of four (2 adults and 2 young kids). During the check in, they upgraded me to a Triple Room for free. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and toilet was a luxury (comes with a jacuzzi tub). Breakfast spread was good as well. Hotel was also located centrally and within walking distance to the sights and shopping districts. If you are driving, take note they have an underground carpark on the same side of the hotel (just further down the road). The open space carpark is way more expensive.

Every detail in the room was thoughtfully considered, and the bed was incredibly comfy – we slept like babies! We loved waking up to the beautiful view, and the location couldn't be better. There are fantastic restaurants just downstairs and a vibrant shopping street only a 2-minute walk away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting us with taxi bookings and recommending great local spots to eat. One of the best parts? The room was completely soundproof – we didn’t hear a single noise from outside or within the hotel.

The apt itself is top notch. Spacious, modern, clean, functional, equipped. Nice views of the mountains.
