"My stay at The Lana Hotel in Dubai was amazing in every way! Everything was 10 out of 10. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. Their smiles were always present, and they were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. When I informed them before arriving that I was celebrating my 15th wedding anniversary, they upgraded our room as a lovely surprise! They also provided us with a cake and balloons in our room. The pool area was fantastic, offering a panoramic view of the Burj Khalifa and all of Dubai. As for the food, the staff by the pool was great and the food was delicious. The only downside was the limited dinner options in the half-board package we had booked. However, when we informed them that we wouldn't be dining there, they offered us an alternative and arranged for us to dine at a nearby Michelin-starred restaurant called 'JAR.' I highly recommend staying here!"

These apartments are simple and clean - the staff are wonderful and helpful. The fridge and kitchen were a bonus as we needed the freezer for some food we were bringing back with us. We also had several Amazon packages arrive before had and they stored them for us. The front desk was always helpful and friendly - Yasir and his colleagues made sure everything went smoothly. We checked in at 4am because of the flight arrival time and even that early in the morning it was easy peasy! This place is located conveniently close to the Mall of the Emirates and with a clear parking place right outside the front door, Uber pick ups and drop offs are a breeze. The staff are also right there to help with bags, etc. Highly recommend this place - fairly priced and great service!
