It’s a new hotel, neat and nice place with great taste for interior decor. Their breakfast was very nice too. Although the hotel is located in Deira, it’s in the newly developed Deira, and the area is neat, cool and calm. The location of the hotel makes it ideal for anyone who is on a budget to move from one place to the other as it’s diagonally opposite to the Gold Souq Metro and bus station. It’s also a walking distance to the various Souqs especially the Gold Souq. The staff are friendly and helpful too, ready to assist anytime.

Very friendly staff, especially LINE, she was terrific ( very helpful). Room has a fantastic view , very clean , large size , large bathroom with all modern facilities . The pan Asian restaurant has excellent food. Location worked ideal for us.

Everything!! The staff were exceptional, the hotel is in an ideal location right next to JBR, zero gravity, and the marina! The room was spotless and cleaned immaculate. The pool was nice. I will. Stay here again when I return to Dubai.

Staff were very friendly. I booked 6 rooms and all of them were very clean with very cheap prices compared to other hotels. In addition, breakfast was very nice and honestly it exceeded my expectations. The whole family liked very much. Highly recommended for people with budget constraints.

Location is ideal, as it's right next to JBR and city walk with walkable distance. It's our go-to hotel when we visit dubai for a couple of nights, as it's affordable with comfortable and clean rooms.

stayed here a year ago and happy to return for a few days. it’s a solid 3 star (plus) hotel located a few mins walk from the Mall. Room and common areas very clean. Basic amenities, as you’d expect. Average/good breakfast included (mainly continental focuses). Free car parking that is straight forward. Friendly helpful staff. Worth the lower price point for the comfy new build property, location and clean rooms.
