They speak English and perfect Italian. The room is perfectly clean. The bed is perfectly comfortable. The facilities are in order and perfectly clean. The accommodation (as described on booking) had the perfect temperature for autumn. The food (breakfast and dinner) was traditional and home made. It had everything that you need (from a hikers point of view - we eat a lot). Due to a rainy day we asked for umbrellas and they lent us theirs. Due to a bad weather (rain and thunderstorms) the electricity (during the night) in Theth was off, but the owners send a massages to everyone that the power generator will stay on. It was perfect! Please, keep the quality!!!

Very comfortable room with views of the surrounding mountains. 300meters from the bus stop (gravel road if you have wheelie luggage but we did notice that some buses dropped at the properties, you can only ask). Central to small village. Walking nearby including trail to Valbona. Breakfast was exceptional.

The owners are gem of the people. The property is also in a beautiful location , nearby to the waterfall if you like to hike. Food they serve is absolutely delicious, as a vegetarian. Would recommend anyone who are visiting Theth.

Staying at this place was the best decision we could have made. It keeps the most authentic spirit of the area while combining it with very comfortable accommodation and outstanding food. The view is unbeatable. Surrounded by flowers, animals, and mountains, simply sitting in the yard to admire the landscape or the stars is already an experience in itself. I wish I could have stayed one more night to keep enjoying this unique place.

We had a fabulous stay in this place, which seems fairly new. Easy parking in a huge parking space in front of the house before you need to take off-road roads. Beautifully equipped bedroom with huge and comfy bed, fridge, TV, great Wifi and closet space in the room.The balcony had a lovely view. We believe all places in Teth feature this as you cannot pick wrong in this beautiful valley. The breakfast was plenty and delicious and we were given a tasty cake upon arrival. Highly recommend this place.

Our visit to Theth was all about enjoying the seclusion and breathtaking mountain views — and this place was absolutely perfect for that. Since the roads to Theth are challenging and we weren’t there for hiking, we were looking for a comfortable and peaceful retreat. This villa had everything we needed: stunning views, a sense of safety, absolute quiet, and the warmth of a wonderful host. The photos truly don’t do it justice — we were in awe the moment we arrived. The villa was cozy, well-equipped, and incredibly welcoming. And the on-site restaurant? Without exaggeration, it served the best food we had in all of Albania. After checking out, we continued our trip across the country, and no other meal even came close to what we enjoyed here. If you’re visiting Theth and not planning an intense hiking trip, I wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere else.
