I loved the hospitality of the staff. The rooms were traditionally decorated and sparkling clean with an amazing view. The hotel was managed by a family which made us feel as welcome as possible. Breakfast was delicious! I will recommend to anyone I know and will definitely be staying again if I ever find myself in Gjirokastra :)

Room 106, clean, bed too comfortable for a 35cm yogi, plus a mattress topper, modern bathroom. Maradona is for 10, free pick-up and drop-off, always smiling. Delicious breakfast on time.

The location was fantastic and within walking distance of all the major sights. It’s located in the old town, up the mountain. Make sure Google takes you on the best safe route. If it looks scary, take another path. It’s a family run business and everyone is there to help make your stay enjoyable. The staff were incredibly kind and sweet. They helped us park the car, carry in luggage, and answered all the questions we had. They also have suggestions on where to go and what sights were worth visiting. Breakfast was wonderful. We had the chance to try some local dishes with our omelettes, along with fresh fruit and coffee. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone.

Every little detail was so cute and so Albanian, from the decor to the cozy atmosphere, you could feel the love and effort in every corner. The terrace had the most stunning view over the city and surrounding mountains — truly unforgettable. And the breakfast? Homemade petulla, fresh jam… everything was delicious and made with so much care. It was such a warm, beautiful experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back! 💛

We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it. The location is ideal for visiting the historic area on foot while also enjoying peace and quiet. Eleana is an incredible host, attentive, kind, and very thoughtful. The property itself is full of beautiful history, and the restoration has been carefully designed, making you feel as if you are in a truly unique place. You can ask for a place to park your car for free what is super useful in the storical distric. Breakfast on the terrace in front of the rooms was wonderful: homemade, varied, and abundant, a perfect way to enjoy the authentic flavors of the region. I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s a place with real personality and charm, and one that leaves you with very special memories.
