Really hospitable staff - we left a few items behind and they said we could send a package and then would post it back to us! Facilities were clean and expected.

Super-friendly staff.... great room; very clean and an excellent location.... close enough to the centre to walk but away from any issues (not that we saw anything significant but had expected it!).
