When we checked in we were proudly told about the special historical status of the building. The room was amazing...grand and elegant. The breakfast was brilliant: cooked items chosen from a menu and an ample buffet of additional items. The location was ideal...close to important sights, shopping, and a short walk to the train station.

The four-star Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre is located in the centre of Brussels, only 100 metres from Brussels Central Station and the St Michael & St Gudule Cathedral. I loved all aspects of the hotel!!! Great location just a short walk away from the city centre, very safe, super friendly staff, clean rooms and very comfortable. They have a cute library area/ lounge where you can work if you don't want to stay in your room or once you have checked out and need to wait for a couple of hours. They also have a storage room that is very helpful if you want to go for a walk and leaving in the evening. There are some road works going on, but it's totally silent in the area where the hotel is located. I really loved this hotel and made my experience memorable! Thank you so much!!!

We stayed there for three nights with my girlfriend. Overall, it was a nice place, and I recommend it if you are visiting Brussels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. During the first hours of our stay, we heard very strange and loud noises from the cooling system in our room. We reported this to reception, and the staff immediately took action by changing our room and even upgrading it to a better one. The neighborhood is very nice, and it is within walking distance (10 to 20 minutes) of almost all major tourist attractions in Brussels. The room itself was quite spacious and tidy, with a safe, and the cooling system was very effective. However, I think an extra wardrobe would have been really nice, as there wasn’t enough space for the clothes of two people. Also, the bed was relatively small compared with the size of the room (and compared with our first room). But overall, it was a good experience, and we enjoyed our stay.

So happy with the apartment, clean, comfortable with a spacious feel and a lovely little balcony. Shower was delightful and bed was super comfy. Great added extra with the slippers and toiletries smelt so good! Also the staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was very clean, cozy, I loved the big windows through which I could see the moon and sometimes even stars although is December:) The owner was also very nice, provided any information I have asked for, and replied very fast and kind. The location is great. Very close to several metro stations and Brussels center train station to go from/to Airport.
