This is a great apartment in the basement of the house. We booked a family room with a private bathroom, but the other two rooms with another shared bathroom were empty, and it was very quiet. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, and coffee machine had great whole-bean coffee👍🏽 The host was very welcoming and responded quickly to all our messages. The washing machine and drying machine were also very helpful and pretty new. Street parking was free. I would like to stay here longer.

Our trip was to explore the west Kootneys, the location was ideal and central for our 3 night stay in the area. The place was advertise with two rooms one king size bed and the other queen. We were pleasantly surprise to hear from Beatrice that she accommodates one party at a time, so we had the whole place to ourselves. Beatrice's places was comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast was made to order and was substantial and delicious. Beatrice was very informative and provided us with many suggestion. If in the area, Beatrice's Place is THE place to stay.
