Private parking is available on site. We stayed at Smithe House when we were going to a concert at BC Place. The location was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the stadium! There was a nice little woodfire pizza restaurant just a few minutes walk away. They upgraded us and our room was fantastic... modern and clean with all of the appliances you could need, a shower with nice water pressure, the most comfortable bed and pillows, and even a private balcony! They were even thoughtful enough to ask what coffee we would prefer. You don't need to check in at a desk. Everything is done via text/email. We paid for private secure parking in their garage...highly recommended! Their communication is the absolute best. We spoke with them several times before and during our stay. We highly recommend Smithe House and will hopefully get to stay there again soon!

A 10 minute walk from the station made the location good and there was a Safeway 15 mins walk away too. Annie was pleasant and efficient to deal with , even allowing us to drop our bags off earlier. Highly recommended.
