The staff was courteous, friendly and very accommodating. The place has high ceilings, spacious room and huge bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped - fridge, toaster, coffee market, kettle, microwave and flat top stove. It has also China plates etc. Buy paper goods if you don't want to wash plates.

I truly had a super pleasant and peaceful stay at this place, which actually made me want to extend my time there hahaha. Ovie and his family are very calm and never caused any disturbance with noise. I was warmly welcomed by Ovie, who helped me with my luggage and was incredibly kind the entire time. The basement literally has everything you need to live comfortably it’s extremely clean, the bed is comfortable, and overall it’s such a cozy place to stay. I could easily live there for months. The owners with so amazing and welcoming. I was nervous as a solo female traveling abroad but the owners quickly made me feel comfortable and safe. They also fed me as my plane was delayed so I couldn’t grab dinner.

The place is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk from the falls, the room is spacious and very well equipped, there is parking for a car. The house has all the necessary equipment, a coffee machine and lots of other things, an excellent breakfast with a varied menu to choose from, but the best thing of all that I mentioned is Diana, the owner of the place. Diana is very generous, warm and helpful with good advice. She makes cakes and cookies every day and makes sure to put a variety of cans of drinks in the fridge. In summary, this is the best place we have experienced so far on our six-night trip in the United States and Canada. Highly recommend the place. Score 10

The apartment itself was awesome too - sleek, charming, tranquil, modern and spacious with a great AC system. We always felt safe and relaxed there. And it’s just a short drive to Clifton Hill and only small walk to nearby stores and restaurants. Extremely comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our stay! There was plenty of space for us both and nice natural light was flowing throughout the apartment during our stay. Stocked with supplies such as laundry detergent, tea/coffee and all the toiletries you could need - we really appreciated it. The fast internet and a big, Smart Tv were welcome bonuses. Would love to return again!
