It's taken care by the owner who adds touches of care and love in every corner or the hotel. There's the rosemary bushes in front of each room that give off a slight spa aroma. The view from the room's balcony is insane. In the morning there is handmade fresh croissants and rhubarb muffins. The rhubarb is picked from his extensive gardens. The breakfast also has fruit, juice, yogurt and excellent coffee and handmade cupcakes. I also asked for a fire on a dreary and gray day where the wood was wet. The owner worked hard for 30minutes so I could have a lovely fire. All in all a very clean and homey stay. Would return in a heartbeat.

The “Contemporary” rooms are modernly furnished while respecting the heritage character of the place. These rooms have a private bathroom. This is not a normal hotel. Its a renovated part of a still active monastery. Meaning its calm. Quiet. Peaceful. You can join the nuns in prayer if you want. The staff are lovely and kind. Extra props to the kitchen staff for the beautiful breakfast box they made for us on our last day. If i ever find myself in Quebec again i hope to stay at this beautiful place again.
