Review of Guesthouse Teller, Seelisberg, Switzerland We stayed for one night at Guesthouse Teller over the Easter weekend, and it was a truly lovely experience. Located in the peaceful village of Seelisberg, high above Lake Lucerne, the guesthouse offers stunning views and a serene atmosphere that feels like a true escape from the everyday. What really stood out to us was the thoughtfulness of our host. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and surprised with chocolate Easter treats—a small but incredibly kind gesture. It's little touches like this that set a place apart. The guesthouse itself is charming and beautifully maintained. Our rooms were clean, cozy, and had a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains and lake. Breakfast the next morning was another highlight: a generous spread that included fresh bread, a variety of fruits, yogurt, homemade jams, cheese, cold cuts, and many more delicious options. Everything was fresh, thoughtfully presented, and made for a perfect start to the day. Seelisberg is a hidden gem, and Guesthouse Teller is the perfect place to enjoy it. Whether you're just passing through or looking for a peaceful retreat, we wholeheartedly recommend staying here. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

I really enjoyed communicating with the host; the instructions were given on time and were clear, and she was flexible regarding the check-out time. I also liked the location of the apartment; it's very convenient if you want to visit Göscheneralpsee. However, we didn't venture to some of the other attractions because the journey would have taken too long. We also visited the area during Halloween and were very pleasantly surprised by the care shown towards children and the generosity of the locals.

The property was great, clean. The apartment was well equipped for Kitchen, bathroom and all you need. There is nice bakeries and restaurants. One bakery which is walking distance is also open on Sunday morning. There is a coop grocery at the train station which also work in Sunday full day. The view is beautiful and you can see it from every window. The owner was very communicative and available.
