Later, I met Niki, who was incredibly helpful, lending me snorkeling gear and being so kind throughout my stay. If you don’t want to stay in just another boring resort, this is the place for you. A beautiful beach and everything close by. Highly recommended! 🩵

The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained, but what made the experience truly unforgettable was the hospitality of the hosts. To my surprise, Ned and Greta brought me a birthday cake — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made me feel incredibly special and welcomed. It’s rare to find hosts who go above and beyond like this. I’m so grateful for the kindness and care they showed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a stay, but a memorable experience!

Paparei’s Beachfront Bungalow is in a fantastic central, beachfront location. The bungalow was clean, tidy, and well equipped, with thoughtful extras like cooking oil, salt and pepper, and plenty of milk. The UV-treated tap water was safe to drink, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety, including freshly baked breads, croissants, cheese bread with tomato, and fresh fruit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Sunset Bungalows bevindt zich tegenover het strand in Amuri, op 7 minuten lopen van Aitutaki Beach. Amazing newly renovated bungalows right on the beach. Whale watching from the shore. Everything i wanted and away from everybody else but close enough to get into town easily. Maggie the host was super helpful and met us at the airport, arranged a motor scooter for us and then dropped us back at the airport.

TeAraiMoana House - Aitutaki bevindt zich in Amuri in de regio Aitutaki, en heeft een tuin. We had a fabulous stay at TeAraiMoana house! Everything about it is fantastic! It’s extremely unique perched on a hill with a wonderful view of the lagoon and Ootu beach. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom and hairdryer are great, and the kitchen is well stocked. There’s a giant tv with Netflix, and two comfy couches in the living room. The outside deck is also very nice with perfect comfy chairs. The house comes with excellent WiFi which is usually limited in the Cook Islands (as in you need either a Vodafone eSIM or hotspot access). The road up does turn from asphalt to dirt but there’s a lot of dirt roads on Aitutaki. Seta met as at the airport and also helped us get back since we rented a small car and couldn’t fit our luggage in it. Simon is extremely responsive. Don’t hesitate to book TeAraiMoana house it will add to the magic of Aitutaki!

Aumaru Holiday Home is gelegen in Amuri in de regio Aitutaki, en heeft een balkon. Maggie and Dylan were very warm and welcoming hosts. The house was new, modern, clean and comfortable, as a bonus it comes with a cat (has to stay outside though.) A very short walk to Koru Cafe and The Boat shed Bar and Restaurant for all your dietary requirements. Basically on the shore of the lagoon for swimming and water activities. Will definitely stay again in the future 10/10. Meitaki atupaka

Rangiriri Vacay Unit 2 bevindt zich in Arutanga in de regio Aitutaki, en heeft een tuin. Rangiriri #2 is a well-designed and constructed, self-catering bungalow among three on the main street that runs on the west side of the island. Kura's grandfather, who owns a construction company, built them.They each have soft double beds, kitchen and table, bathroom with excellent shower, laundry in the back and a front veranda with lounging chairs and a spacious table for eating outside if you want. Kura, responds rapidly to any question via WhatsApp and is a marvelous hostess. It is bit more than midway down from the airport to the main centre. Markets are within 15 to 20 minutes walking time in both directions north and south, each has self-catering needs and something a little extra that makes them each different. One can walk on the beach all the way to the airport; snorkelling is very good on the beaches up to the end of the old runway. Rangiriri is located well on the west side and is close to roads and walking trails. One can walk all around the island if one wants. The walk to the lookout and top of the mtn is essential for views! Also take a lagoon cruise where snorkelling is amazing; Aitutaki is absolutely beautiful! Rangiriri comes highly recommended.
