You pay a lot for the place but at least you get what you pay. Great rooms, ac, bed and bathroom. The included airport shuttle bus is what made me choose it. I needed something for one night and the place was great. You think there’s nothing around but if you walk a little bit there are so many restaurants and bars around. The hotel is over a mall, if you go in the elevator down to the mall there is this bbq place (cat🐱 theme) with amaziiiiinnggg and cheap food, truly recommend it.

A very good personnel, guys helped me to return back my bag pack, which i forgot in the taxi, they kindly kept out luggage when we went for a trip to Sanya, they got my packages from taobao!) I am really very pleased with this help and attitude of the stuff! The room was very spacious! We had a good dinner in the evening, both western and Chinese options were available! Thank you very much, guys! I will for sure come back !))

Staff like Ayla and Josie at check in desk were very efficient and helped with various bookings which I was not able to do without a local handphone number. Josie also put in a request for my second booking at the same hotel one week later after staying there for 5 nights the first time, as I requested a room that if available will face the Beijing Railway.

This is our first trip to Beijing. We are delighted. The hotel is like a beautiful jewelry box. The hotel team took care of us and helped us with everything. During the day we were always offered tea, coffee and cakes. The mini bar in the room is free. There is also a free laundry service. We used this service and it is excellent! We would especially like to note the hotel manager - a girl named Heidy. She speaks excellent English and with her help all issues were resolved quickly. She organized a trip to the Great Wall of China and resolved many different issues during our stay. Bravo! The hotel is located in the old city, hutong and we are glad that we were able to immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of the old city. We wish the hotel team good luck and prosperity!
