The property and facilities were spotless and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I left our key with another person in our group accidentally and was not able to return it when checking out. The front desk was incredibly helpful and understanding and helped us getting a tuktuk driver to return it to the hotel.

We were surprised with a welcome drink and the staff were super lovely!! All our travel and tours were organised very efficiently. Especially the Mundo Amazonico Tour is highly recommendable but you should speak Spanish. However one of us didn’t and still enjoyed the tour.

Our stay here with Leo and his wife, Elizabeth, exceeded our expectations. The rooms are comfortable and the hammocks are a great way to unwind after a long day. Leo took us on amazing adventures and when conflicts with scheduling happened, he saw to it that we were well taken care of. He speaks some English and we speak some Spanish, but it was only a small obstacle and it didn’t take away from the tours. Leo is incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the area and Elizabeth is an amazing cook. It felt like they had included us as family during our stay. Thank you for taking such great care of us during our adventure. We would recommend this stay to anyone.
