Palmira House ligt in Cidade Velha, op 8,4 km van Jean Piaget University of Cape Verde en 11 km van Cabo Verde University. Stayed one night and 100% loved the place, there's so much to like. The room is cutely-designed and super clean, nice bathroom, good A/C. Super quiet except for the waves crashing in the distance. Breakfast was very satisfying and complete...egg, yogurt, apple, cereal, coffee, bread, jam. You can pay with a credit card and no % fee added. Although my room did not have a balcony there is a really nice area with a table & chairs looking out to the ocean so you don't need one. I did not use the pool but laid on the chaise for a while, so nice and peaceful. Sure it's a 10-minute walk to the main little square (I timed it once at 9min 50sec) but that's not an issue, it's a very pleasant stroll.

Our room was comfortable and had all we needed. We really appreciated Cino our host, who gave us a lot of tips about where to go eat and how to best explore the island. We can only recommend him and his business.

Apto Morabeza T2 Praia is gelegen in de wijk Palmarejo in Praia, op 5 minuten lopen van Cabo Verde University, 2,6 km van Maria Pia Lighthouse en 2,7 km van Jean Piaget University of Cape Verde. The apartment is spacious, quiet and 2 minutes walk to supermarkets and restaurants. The wifi is good and there is Netflix. It’s in a nice neighbourhood with a local feel to it. As such, restaurants are very reasonably priced as they are not tourist traps. Above all, the couple that runs the apartment, Sandra and Ricardo, are so caring and attentive to any need or question you might have. They are wonderful, charming hosts! I would definitely return.

Heerlijk ruim en schoon. Alles wat nodig was, was aanwezig We kwamen laat aan, maar dat was geen probleem,. Er was ook een taxi voor ons geregeld, om ons van het vliegveld naar de accomodatie te brengen

Clean and nice apartment. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Next time we are in Praia we will be staying here.
