Perfect location for hiking, easy to get an alugur to go to other areas of Sao Nicolau to visit. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We would highly recommend and would definitely be back in the future.

Nelly and her husband are super friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large terraces do not belong directly to the accommodation but can be used as well, just like the washing machine. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was extremely clean. We felt very comfortable and recommend this stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Mezzanino Ribeira Brava! The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still within walking distance to the town center and restaurants. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available if we had any questions or needed advice. We especially appreciated the stylish interior and the calm atmosphere of the place. It was the perfect base to explore the island, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The inside is clean and simple. The staff was very nice and friendly. Very large beds to sleep in and different room options. Breakfast is included with room rate. The lodge is located about a 15min walk from town so it's away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Very quiet and calm place to relax. Do not recommend walking back to lodge in the dark. Definitely take a taxi.

We loved the location right at the bay with a nice balcony to observe the daily live. You can sit there for hours and not get bored. Our host was a very nice guy who takes good care of his guests. He also arranged a good rental car to explore the island as he had a car rental business too so that is pretty convenient. Sao Nicolau is a fantastic place to visit, the locals are extremely friendly.
