A recently renovated apartment in San Felipe de Puerto Plata and within 2.5 km of Fortaleza San Felipe, Villa Bellevue has a rooftop pool, comfortable soundproof rooms and free WiFi. This apartment features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The rooms have a patio with views of the mountain. It was great. The host was super friendly and helped us with everything. The accommodation was great and the several spaces to cook and eat.

The whole apartment is located on top of the restaurant. An excellent Dominican or Continental breakfast is served at the restaurant. The apartment is enormous and fits big groups. The AC works pretty well, so you are never feeling the extreme heat, especially at night. They offer a tour to Cayo Arena which I recommend because it is for your group only, making it a private experience. Overall, our whole group was more than satisfied with Robert and his team's service during our stay.

The hotel was really modern and well decorated, everything was clean and well maintained. It was in a really good location within a gated community, Costa Rica beach is just a 6 minute drive away, the cable cars to Isabel de torres are 15 minutes drive away, and 10 minutes to the fort. There are plenty of places to eat close by (I highly recommend Como en Famillia for authentic Dominican food but it’s only open until 3) and jumbo is a 2 minute drive away but easily within walking distance. Our hosts were fantastic and super friendly, all the staff and owners of the hotel went above and beyond, and really made our stay relaxing, and as if we had known them for years. The breakfast is amazing and more than you could want, there is fresh fruit, cake and a good variety of choice for your main selection (Dominican breakfast, omelette, etc) The hotel is in a quiet location so gives you plenty of opportunity to relax and unwind. I would not hesitate to come and stay here again, it was just perfect!
