The staff is very nice and helpful.

Château de Pourtalès is located in the north area of Strasbourg. It has witnessed years of European history, welcoming some of the most important musicians, philosophers and poets. It provides a spa area with Finnish sauna and relaxing facilities and which has direct access to the garden. A beautiful chateau with magnificent views, it is best for travelers who want to be located a bit farther from the city. Amazing staff, very helpful and kind. There are 2 buildings, one does not have elevators.

The staff is super friendly, the rooms are super clean and practical with plenty of storage space. The location is very central. The breakfast is amazing. The spa area is nice. What I really appreciated is that the staff always replenished the vanity set and toiletries. We also loved the music on Saturday with a life saxophonist, it was great! The hotel was also beautifully decorated for Christmas.
