The staff were amazing on check in, very friendly and welcoming we were initially booked for one night but changed that very quickly to 2 nights. The neighborhood is super safe - the studios are in front of a central avenue at Nice (even though there’s always someone out, it’s not noisy at all at night). It was full of restaurants and local commerce. Worth to mention is almost next to the trains station, which was very convenient for a daytrip. At Nice, you can find everything you need (especially tourist-wise) at a 15 min walk tops from the studio. The place itself is clean, very resourceful (we found everything we needed at the kitchen) and well taken care of. The bathroom is modern and functional. Rachel and the guardienne were always prepared to talk to us and help if needed. We were able to leave our bags there after the checkout, before we left to the airport. Would definitely recommend and come back.

What is more, you can reach the port and beach by foot in just 5-10 minutes. Small lovely hotel in Beaulieu. Great staff. Small but sweet rooms and good breakfast. Love Beaulieu and the location of the hotel at the little square with nice cafes and restaurants close. Great elevator for suitcases!!!

Renovated in 2019, Hôtel de France, un hôtel AMMI is situated in the heart of Nice in the Carré d'Or district, 100 metres from the Promenade des Anglais, just 2 minutes' walk from the prestigious Negresco hotel and 1 km from Place Massena. Free WiFi is available throughout. Location, Cleanliness and Staff were very good. Staff were super nice and didn’t charged us for late-checkout, since our flight departed in late afternoon. Thank you
