Extremely well decorated and furnished, spacious, with a large bar area, large restaurant with linen tablecloths, and a separate dining area for four-legged friends. Good to know that pets are welcome and are catered for, but those without pets can dine in a separate area. Bedroom (No. 7) was beautifully furnished, spacious with very comfy super king size bed and lovely walk-in shower room with a hot powerful shower. We didn't dine in the restaurant in the evening but we both had a scrumptious breakfast in the morning. Most importantly, the staff were very friendly, efficient and attentive. Finally, the price for B&B for two was very reasonable. What's not to like ??? Highly recommended !!!

From the moment we got there, we were made to feel very welcome. Very positive energy and environment. Lovely place to stop even for just a night. Had some lovely conversations with the owners, was lovely to get to know their story a little as well:)

The room boasts extravagant furnishings and an even more extravagant view of the Scottish Border hills. We were greeted with cheerful, kind, words and gestures that are unmatched (and we have traveled extensively). Love this place and Moffat but especially Karen and David; they are true gems!
