Forgot our ice-cream in the fridge and every time we go past I say - "Do you think he's eaten it?" :-) Would def book again.

Especially for easy access to Birkenhead ferry port, the Wirral and Liverpool. Excellent facilities in the coach house which is a separate detached building from the main house (which itself is so impressive inside). We stayed in room Flora (ground floor) with easy access to the gardens and patio area (great for our dogs). The coach house also has its own lovely lounge area and kitchen/ dining room 👍🏼 There's also easy parking and lovely grounds surrounding the house. The 24hr complimentary Continental Breakfast was superb 👍🏼.. which was great for us as we arrived late. Will definitely want to stay again ♥️

This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The homestay has a picnic area and a sauna. All very compact and clean and comfortable. Very helpful host - nothing is too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone travelling alone as a safe and comfortable option. I was visiting for a family reunion and it suited perfectly. There was a TV with Sky - even better - a kettle with a fully stocked and generous tray, a small fridge. A lovely clean bathroom with an excellent shower. I often rate places I stay by their showers and the pressure obtained from them. No breakfast (as specified), but I didn't need or want it as I had my own anyway and you can have cereal if you wish or even porridge, just take your own as there is crockery, kettle and fridge. Felt very safe. Parking right outside the property in the driveway. I have tried to add a video I did of the room but it is too big to upload.

Good communication from the host, good value for money. The room was exceptionally clean and Judith was very accommodating. There was tea, coffee, orange juice, water and little cakes in the room. The bed was very comfy. Thanks so much, would definitely recommend.

A recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Wirral, Manor Garden Lodge features a garden. The 4-star bed and breakfast has garden views and is 12 km from The Beatles Statue. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Recently stayed for two nights. A absolutely lovely place to stay. Totally surprised with the room when I opened the door. Only a short distance from the city and a great price. Mark the owner is a lovely man, absolute gentleman , always making sure we were alright. Will definitely come back when travelling over.

Centrally located in Heswall, The Jug and Bottle is a country-style guest house that offers modern and comfortable rooms and ample free parking. Set in secluded surroundings, it is within 25 minutes’ drive of Chester and Liverpool and has easy access to the M53 and M56 motorways. The area is lovely and the food was very nice. Our room was very clean.

House had lots of character, good decor and features within that made it feel very homely. Kitchen and dining room spacious enough with good sized fridge and all you need to cook, large living room with good sofa space and armchair, big TV with streaming apps plus a piano (!). One large master bedroom with a chaise lounge and a second bedroom of a decent size with large TV and record player. Both beds comfortable and plenty of pillows/cushions. Bathroom absolutely fine, shower and bath as well as toilet and basin. Lovely and clean. Good sized garden with table/chairs to sit outside in nice weather. Communication with Claire was really good, always quick to reply and friendly. Location, directly opposite a chinese takeaway and coffee shop, with Aldi also over the road and a pub a stone's throw away. Bebington train station with links to Liverpool and Chester, no more than 5 minutes walk along 1 road, took around 15 minutes to get there from Liverpool on the train. Parking is on the street right ouside, Very easy. Overall, this was a real gem of a place to stay.
