Boatique Hotel and Marina heeft een tuin, een gedeelde lounge, een terras en een restaurant in Rio Dulce. Everything is just nice. We loved the atmosphere! The people that run the place are all so very nice. They always smile at you and are extremely friendly. So far the best place we stayed in Central America. We ca only recommend this place.

El Hotelito Perdido is een accommodatie met 4 sterren tegenover het strand in Rio Dulce met heeft een tuin, een terras en een restaurant. The place is stunning, the food is amazing, all the staff is super nice, theres no phone connection so you can socialize easily with all the other guests. I would say that one day here is not enough because theres lots of activities to do and to fully enjoy it is better to take your time to relax. I would also recommend the chocolate workshop, we made like snickers chocolates but with real cacao and it was so good! We would love to come back in the future

Hotel el viajero bevindt zich in La Viña en beschikt over een restaurant en een bar. When we arrived we felt like at home. All of their workers there are super nice, have a nice smile and they make everything happen that you feel super nice there. The standard of everything there is just higher than in any other hotel we have been so far in Guatemala. If it comes to the shower, bathroom, bed or any other facilities, it’s just great! Also the small details! And the best thing is really as already mentioned the staff there. This is one of the hotels where you will say in a few years, remember the „El Viajero“ in rio dulce, and you‘ll immediately remember which one it was.

Wat een mooie plek om te zijn. Een echte aanrader. Deze plek overtrof onze vereniging helemaal. Mario en de andere medewerkers doen er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken. De plek is netjes onderhouden en alles is schoon en verzorgd. Het eten heeft een goede prijs en is lekker. Verder kijk je uit over de rivier en heeft het een zwembad en jacuzzi. Ga hier heen om lekker te ontspannen. Tip, neem de familiekamer!

Super awesome host. Very accommodating and helpful! Included complimentary simple breakfast - pancakes, banana, and coffee freshly made. I arrived with a car so needed a parking space. The parking was available. No issues there. Bed was comfy and clean.

An amazing hostel located up the Rio Finca which flows into the Rio Dulce. Having stayed at another lovely hostel close to the town of Rio Dulce, I would say this end of the river is more beautiful and unspoilt. You can take kayaks out and explore the little mangrove creeks near the hostel or venture as far afield as the Biotopo nature reserve. So many suggestions of fun and interesting things to do you could easily spend a week here!
