This gave us the opportunity to truly get to know the incredible staff, whose kind, professional, and service-minded approach made our stay exceptionally special. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with breathtaking landscaping, numerous pools, and a variety of room types suitable for any guest or family. The food was fantastic, especially the Balinese dishes that were to die for. Every activity and cultural attraction offered at the hotel was fantastic, making us feel like family by the end of our stay. The hotel also provides many shuttle and driver services, and every driver we encountered was super kind, knowledgeable, and reliable. We particularly recommend asking for Davin when arranging a driver with the hotel; he goes above and beyond for his guests, knows Bali exceptionally well, offers the best tips, and is extremely helpful. The staff's attentiveness was highlighted when they prepared rice porridge and ginger tea for me when I fell ill, without even being asked. We loved every single staff member we met—it was truly tough to say goodbye. This is a very special hotel run by very special people, and we will definitely return to Swan Paradise on our next trip to Bali.
