In the County Clare town of Ennistymon, Station House Bed & Breakfast is around 14km from western Ireland’s impressive Cliffs of Moher. With free parking and WiFi, this guest house offers well-appointed rooms and a full Irish breakfast. Location was good although it can be a little noisy as it is along the main road. However, traffic is low after 10pm. So it didn't disturb our sleep. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. Bathroom was spacious, and there was a rain shower. I messaged the property earlier to ask if they could provide me with twin beds as i was traveling with an elderly aunt. They responded very promptly and made sure to reserve the rooms accordingly. Breakfast was good. You pre-select a hot meal from the menu the night before. There was ample choices. There's cereal, juices and and a basket of bread while you wait for your hot breakfast. Overall, a very good place for a stopover. Excellent, friendly hosts

Tea/coffee making facilities are complimentary and available in the dining area. This characterful property was full of quirks and personality. We really loved having access to common spaces (where we played some boardgames) and the owners kindly let some of our party stay late while the rest of us went horseback riding. They were able to accommodate my gluten allergy for breakfast, and my family members said the full Irish was amazing.
