Check in process is simple and all of the employees are very gracious and kind. Rooms and common areas are very clean. Location is superb, within walking distance to the touristy sites such as City Palace. Rooftop is fabulous, with an amazing view of the city. The food served there is very reasonably priced and delicious- the maggi especially was so good that we went there for two different dinners! Highly recommend- would 100% stay there again!

Lucky made our stay in Jaisalmer more than we could have asked for. We also booked the Desert Safari experience through Lucky which is run by his brother, and we had an amazing time.

The staff is lovely and attentive. Checkout was at 10am and they allowed us to stay until 3pm (we had a bus). We were able to relax and enjoy the amazing. golden Fort view. We will be back!
