Actually everything but the far most important was the manager Mr. Victor, He showed up at 3 AM to make sure we are taking our taxi and he countiniously asked us that everything is okay and how can we improve, he was so willing to hear from us. The rest of the team was very helpful and they suggested a lot of things and were extremely nice.

He’s not only a great driver but also one of the friendliest and most genuine people we met during our trip. Always smiling, always polite, and always ready to assist. His presence really added a personal touch to our experience. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and great service. We’d gladly come back!
