It comes with a nice cafe in the front where you can have breakfast and the owners also helped us with keeping our luggage while we made a small trip around the island before leaving. The 24 Eyes movie village is right across the bay and there is a guy who will take you by boat. Just visit the nearby information center.

We could not find available taxi so his wife took us in their own car. I highly recommend them and the place.

I was welcomes by the staff as soon as I passed the door and they were the nicest. From randomly upgrading my room, to offering a free drink in the accomodation's bar upon arrival, to offering me a mandarine at dinner. Truly the nicest people. The accomodation is in a walkable distance to the pier, and right in front of the beach. The wood interiors are super cozy and the view from the windows is breathtaking. In an island with no convenience stores and few restaurants, they have just enough options at the cafe to grab a meal. Also has a lovely terrace with a view to the sea.

SETO CLAS AJI THE SEASIDE HILLS RESORT heeft een zwembad, een tuin, een terras en uitzicht op de zee, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi in Aji. The property was perfect. It was quite remote which we enjoyed after coming from the business of the city. The room was immaculately clean and spacious and was well equipped with amenities and cooking equipment. The view from the room and the huge balcony was beyond stunning. Would highly recommend staying here, and already have to many people! Would definitely stay here again and wish we had been able to stay longer.

I was expecting to stay in one part of the house and in fact we had the whole place to ourselves. It was beautifully decorated and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped that we decided to just cook and eat in. Relaxed atmosphere when you woke up or even during the day. The owner was very kind in helping us to order the taxi and with any questions.

Kagawagun House PLENO - Vacation STAY 01716v ligt op 6 minuten lopen van Gokuraku-ji Temple, 500 meter van Ando Museum en 7 minuten lopen van Go'o Shrine Art House Project, en biedt accommodatie in... Vooreerst zijn de eigenaars ongelooflijk vriendelijk en attent. Ze kwamen ons met de minivan ophalen aan de haven en brachten ons weer terug. Communicatie via Google translate en berichten, snel en duidelijk. Er waren snacks voorzien waar we ruimschoots mee toekwamen (noodles, rijst, curry, koekjes, yoghurt, choco, eitjes, fruitsap, boterhammen,…), ze reserveerden op voorhand een restaurant voor de eerste avond en we kregen ontbijt mee toen we vroeg moesten vertrekken. Het huis is veel mooier en ruimer dan op de foto’s. Het ligt rustig, en toch vlak bij heel wat kunstprojecten. In de buurt ook lekkere en prijs-kwaliteit zeer goede restaurants (shout out to onomiyaki Umikko 👍🏻). Met de fiets 10min tot het strand aan Benesse house. Handig en snel wasmachine, drogen kan prima buiten. De elektrische fietsen konden we alle dagen gebruiken. Heerlijk om zo het eiland op je gemak te verkennen. Absolute aanrader !!
