It was the first time in my life I’d ever used one and thoroughly enjoyed each visit. Cafe at reception was open early and we enjoyed the friendly staff at breakfast and lunch. Availability to the tram and Hotel shuttle was excellent. The supermarket right next door was a bonus too! Excellent soundproofing in the room didn’t hear any outside noise!
