The hotel staff are superb, comparable and i would say even better than some five star hotels ! Hotel got modern architecture with pleasent views. I usualy dont stay at same hotels when revisiting locations, but if i ever visit Kumamoto again, i would definitley stay here again just for the team working there to make your visit memorable.

It was central for everything we needed in the area. The room was clean and large, with all the amenities we needed, bath, shower, basic cooking etc. Our hosts were awesome and recommended an amazing private onsen spot. Can’t recommend them enough. Just wish we could have stayed longer. The Kumamoto region is stunning.

This hotel is a must do experience! It was exactly as expected and even more. Japanese aesthetic on its best with amazing atmosphere! Both the owner and the hostess were very friendly and helpful with tips about the city. The welcome sake with local sweets it was more than delicious. We loved everything about it!
