We stayed at Shintatsuan for 2 nights in Miyajima, and it was the nicest accommodation we stayed at during our entire trip! Our host welcomed us with a lovely warm welcome! The accommodation is a beautiful traditional Japanese home with lovely artwork, furniture, and a comfortable atmosphere! The bed was extremely comfortable, facilities are great and it's located very close to the main attractions on the island. Amazing experience, would give more than 5 stars if possible!

Unique hotel in a renovated Japanese home. Great location, quiet. It was very hot so a/c had difficulty keeping up but small issue for us. Great staff who served us a delicious breakfast which was included.

It just had great ambience. Beds were so snuggly. Aircon in each room. Two bathrooms. Bedrooms were big and heaps of room to open luggage. Was really clean and towels were new and fluffy. It had a traditional Japanese feel but was modern. Loved everything about it

There is no breakfast. It is an apartment with a bunch of beds. The beds are very comfortable. Miyajima is a relatively small island, and the apartment is very close to both the ferry and the main attraction (temple). It is located on the Main Street, which is both a blessing and a curse, as the place gets incredibly crowded between the time the first ferry arrives in the morning (6-7 am) and the last ferry leaves in the evening (a bit after 8 pm). After the last ferry leaves, the place is completely and utterly dead. The apartment is very clean.

Bettei Fujiya is gelegen in Miyajima, op 26 km van Vredespark van Hiroshima, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een terras. We had an incredible stay! This location is a bit outside of Hiroshima, but very easy to get to by cab or train. The facilities were beautiful, and our room was comfortable with very thoughtful amenities and a beautiful private onsen. The main lobby has bountiful snacks and an incredible sake selection, as well as tons of other beverages that we could help ourselves to as we pleased. Both of our meals were so delicious, much more food than we were able to eat, and our whole party got to share a private dining room with an open hearth. This was truly a wonderful experience, and I would recommend anyone to book here and make the trip!
