Very spacious and clean apartment near old town - definitely bigger than 15m. Fatma, the host, is a lovely and very helpful person. She helped us with arrangements for further travels and immediately responded to all our inquiries. Please have in mind that local drivers are cheating so the best way to get there is to ask Fatma for a driver. She will arrange someone in the regular price or even better that the one that you would get with Uber.

We loved English Point Residence!All the staff (special shout out to Magdalena, Caroline and Ryan) and KD were great! KD was very responsive to messages and always available in case we needed anything. The location is perfect, it’s a three minute walk from the beach and a 10 minute cab ride to town center. The place is beautiful, with a huge balcony, you have a perfect ocean view, the apartment is very spacious, the sleeping rooms are all super nice (with the ocean view!), the kitchen is fully equipped. They provide water for your stay and milk on the first day which came in handy for our toddler! We loved the (authentic Swahili) breakfast, appreciated the peace and quiet, as well as the safety in and around the property. Our 3 year old kid loved to play with the dogs and thoroughly enjoyed the pool! I highly recommend this property and will definitely be our to-go to spot in Mombasa!

The property is in a serene environment - just cool, accessible to the road. It was very easy to access the attraction sites. The owner is also very reasonable, friendly and approachable. She's my plug any other time I visit Mombasa 💕

Thank you so much to the Baobab Waves team for saving our trip! Our original accommodation got canceled just as our flight landed in Mombasa, and they accepted our booking right away. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. We had requested a nice view since it was my birthday, and they truly delivered — the apartment was stunning, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with breathtaking views. It was fully furnished, air-conditioned (a big plus for the Mombasa heat!), and had everything we needed to feel at home. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and very secure. The staff were kind, responsive, and always available when needed. We also loved the easy beach access — it made the stay extra special. It turned out to be the perfect birthday getaway! Excellent value for money and a place we’d definitely return to. Highly recommend Baobab Waves to anyone visiting Mombasa! 🌴🎉
