The staff was kind, accommodating, friendly, and especially professional without any stigmatization, which I greatly appreciated. The food and cleanliness were at the expected 4-star level. Overall, I would rate my stay at this hotel as an excellent experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness, communication, and professionalism, and also needs assistance and provision of disabled services.
