Great location on a big block of land next to a lake that had water buffalo in the afternoon. Nice pool to cool off in, the room was tidy with a/c and fan that worked well. The staff could not do enough for you and the highlight was the prepared meals, delicious food and large serves at a very cheap price. We also did a Yala safari from there which was organised by the manager Dilipa where we saw heaps of wildlife including a leopard and bear. We loved our stay and highly recommended it.

Amazing experience, owner is most amazing lady you can imagine, and one of our best experience in Sri Lanka. Spotless clean room, very spacious, location just few steps from the beach. Food is just heaven. Fresh home made, excellent price. If you are searching accommodation in Tangale, go there you will feel like at home. We will return for sure.

Beautiful location, close to two of the lakes. We had a lovely stroll in the afternoon and early evening to go watch the fruit bats and birds. A/C worked well. Very friendly hosts. The guesthouse is cheap compared to others in the area; dinner was also cheap.

Very clean - the safari arranged by the owner was very good - great pool - staff very attentive and diligent - beautiful garden - Location on the edge of the city was good for us, we had rented a tuktuk ourselves and were therefore mobile.

Lovely location ,Very clean and Quite place. Staff is very good.. Nice pool. Breakfast was superb. They arranged the Safari tour and Taxi for us very reasonable prices highly reccomended place.

The location on the lake is fantastic. Lovely pool surrounded by big banyan and peepal trees. Very peaceful. The room is big and very clean with great lake view. We also enjoyed a superb massage in the spa after the safari.
We arranged the safari directly with the park, and the driver came to pick us up at 5am and drop us back at 10 for no extra cost.
Don't miss visiting the big buddhist stupa nearby.

Very good place to stay. We came here from Arugambe. They arranged a taxi for us to come for a very cheap price. We looked for a taxi from Arugamba and they asked us a huge amount. After we mentioned it to the hotel, they provided us with a very comfortable vehicle for a reasonable price. Very good people are here. They provide better service than money. We had dinner here and it was very tasty. The rooms were very clean. They also arranged a great safari for us. We saw many animals. We were really happy.

Cabana was very clean, nice and spacious, inside everything You need. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. We enjoyed newly made and clean pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just few minutes from an amazing wild beach. Definitely recommend this beautiful place!
