The host Shameera is such a great and wonderful guy. The villa is located in a very green garden with a lot of space around the building. You can sit on the veranda and look for hours only in the garden and you will see real nature with different flowers, trees, animals etc. It was so relaxing!! :-) The breakfast is served by the host every morning on the veranda outside and it contains day by day different local specialties with a wonderful taste. Also his hints, what to to in the surroundings and possible activities are great and useful. Thank you once again for hosting us in your small escape from normal life, Shameera. There is a small menu of dishes for dinner. - In fact, the first line (the hotel has 2 plots separated by a narrow road), you can safely swim on your own lounger without worrying about the left things. You will most likely be alone in the ocean, the place is not crowded. - The whole territory is clean and pleasant, the pool is also clean. - Pleasant price - Sanja and your team are doing a very good job!

This villa was absolutely beautiful, it’s just been renovated to a very high standard. The whole villa has a stunning design and is very modern, it’s of outstanding quality, and extremely clean. The walk in showers are amazing, the bathrooms, bedrooms and living area are all beautifully designed. The villa is decorated to perfection, with Sri Lankan furniture and beautiful Sri Lankan paintings. You get the entire apartment on the top floor to yourself, and there is a private entrance to the top villa and a kitchen area. This villa is very private and has a lovely swimming pool in the garden. Rosa and her daughter Zara runs this property and they are wonderful, very hospitable people, they speak English and German fluently. The breakfast was delicious, with so many different combinations of Sri Lankan and continental with plenty of fresh fruits. The location is very nice and quiet, and in walking distance to the beach. Aluthgama is just up the road and has plenty of shops, restaurants, banks/ATM a good train station, and buses that run past every 10 minute. You will also love Billy the dog, he’s such a friendly dog and a big part of Sunny Villa. I highly recommend this property it’s very good value for money.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, helpful. nothing was too much trouble for them. It felt like they were old friends rather than employees. We were able to completely relax, drop out and destress.

Everything was as described! The owner is responsive, if we needed anything he is easy to contact, checked on whether everything is alright and sent a person to help finding our accommodation. It's sad that we only were able to stay one night here because this apartment was very affordable & felt like home, for the price you get more than what you seek. In this apartment we got two air conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms, the bedrooms were very clean and very comfortable with fresh sheets,pillows and towels, the bathrooms were spotless, had hot water, soap and toilet paper, there's a cupboard and a balcony in one room and both had dressing tables with cloth racks. One air conditioned living room with a terrace and a dining table. A kitchen with all the amenities (Everything is avaliable as per the description including garbage disposal bags etc.), access to the swimming pool (the swimming pool was AMAZING), the apartment is very easy to access. We will definitely go back here for an extended stay. Because this is the ideal place if you are looking for a comfortable stay near kahathuduwa area. You have security, privacy, luxury, comfort, peace etc.. Truly exceptional.
