The room was very clean (including the air conditioning ducts, I checked), everything was new, It was quiet to sleep, It had a great view of the volcano and the breakfast was healthy and tasty. As a plus, the shopping mall where the hotel is located is beautiful, cheerful, has an ice skating rink and good shops and food. If you have a car, the location is also good for going to both Cholula and Puebla. The only thing they need to improve is that the restaurant space wasn't big enough to accommodate so many people, but I didn't have to wait too much. It's worth It, I recommend It!

Presidente Puebla hotel offers spectacular views of the Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl volcanoes. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and 24-hour fitness centre. It is 4.5 km from the city centre. Pretty and fine paintings and room creations, incl the cupola all over the hotel. Magnificent breakfast and very pleasant pool area.

The hotel just opened and everything is very new. The rooms are very large in size with comfortable beds. The restaurant on the top floor has a great view on Puebla. The breakfast buffet was a combination of traditional Mexican dishes, cold cuts, fruits and cereals.

It is charming and very well-cared for. The beds were super comfortable and the staff were very accommodating, helpful and informative. Plenty of hot water and nice showers. The coffee in the room was even fresh ground.

We absolutely loved our stay — the room design was stunning, super spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. There’s also a lovely café right inside the hotel — perfect for breakfast or a relaxed afternoon coffee. Highly recommend staying here — we’d come back anytime!

We asked for a quiet room and got exactly that. Beds were comfortable, there were enought plugins for our devices and the staff were friendly and helpful.
