The beach in front of the property is gorgeous. There are hammocks in the water, swings, kayaks, paddle boards, and chairs in front of the water. The rooms are amazing and so comfortable with Netflix, air con, mini fridge, shower with hot water, etc. One of the best parts is being able to use the scooters to go all over town which is included. The property is out of the town but by having the scooters, it makes it easy to go into town. The property is super clean and the workers are very nice. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning and includes a sandwich, fruit, and pastry. It's basic but good. You get one coffee pod to make in your room per day which is good. If you want you can purchase more. Each day they also restock your mini fridge with two beers, two waters and two sodas. They also clean your room daily and the property is kept very clean. This was definitely a splurge for us but if you use all of the amenities it can be worth it.

This place is family-owned, is kept clean, and has a nice-sized swimming pool. Super friendly people are always ready to help you, we had pizza delivered to our room, and we didn't wait long, we definitely will visit again.

I‘ve stayed in 50+ hostels but never came across one like this. Everything is on point, there‘s nothing more you could wish for. The bunk beds are hands down the best I‘ve ever seen. With the slightly higher price tag come a lot of amenities like free laundry (!!), paddleboard and bikes. The owner and his crew are amazing persons as well. Moreover the hostel is super new (less than one year). It‘s the perfect place for everyone looking for a calm, relaxed place beyond the party hostels like Che next door.

We loved exploring the area then returning to the comfort of our luxurious cabanas. The hospitality of our hosts knows no bounds. Within hours we felt like family. We wish them every success for the future.

The staff is amazing and very authentic, as well as the food and the facilities. We will come back for sure in this heaven! Special thank to Cesar for the excursion on the catamaran, unique souvenir.

Το Bluebayou Bacalar σε Bacalar, διαθέτει κήπο και βεράντα. Στο Bluebayou Bacalar κάθε δωμάτιο παρέχει μπαλκόνι με θέα στον κήπο. We loved everything about this place! It consists of several wooden bungalows in a beautiful garden, backing onto the lake. Best thing about it is the large wooden pier extending into the lake with sunbeds, and swings and hammocks in the lake. The views are amazing and there are canoes you can use. Breakfast is simple but adequate. The staff is really great and helpful, and everything is very well kept and clean. Warmly recommended.

This was my 4th stay at Ala Residencia. They have the absolute best staff that greets you at the door. Amazing location and rooms are spotless. Amazing views from the rooftop and great location.
